btpro Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "btpro" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at btpro.pro, including all its services, products, software, and content.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the btpro platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on btpro, inclusive of the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" refers to all products offered by btpro, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, and the cashier.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account as part of a btpro promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player in PKR that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency of the btpro platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification.

Access to and use of btpro is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. btpro operates a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be a current or former employee of btpro, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from btpro or any affiliated platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on btpro. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, mobile number, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btpro reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. btpro will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. You must notify btpro immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

btpro reserves the right to conduct periodic KYC reviews on any account. During a KYC review, withdrawal functionality may be temporarily restricted until the review is concluded. Players are expected to cooperate promptly with any verification requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• Account names cannot be changed after registration. If your name has legally changed, contact support with supporting legal documentation.
• Accounts inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting btpro support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to completed KYC.

All financial transactions on btpro are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted. btpro does not apply any additional currency conversion fees, and the amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your wallet.

Accepted deposit methods on btpro include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• btpro reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available limits.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within standard banking hours; bank transfers may take additional time depending on HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank processing schedules.
• btpro does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which btpro accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals requested while a KYC review is in progress will be held pending completion of that review.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on btpro are governed by specific game rules and sportsbook rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game only.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket markets and international cricket events, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed on btpro are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where a specific cash-out or void option is offered by the platform.
• btpro reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a technical fault, an obvious pricing error, or market suspension. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's real money balance.
• The minimum and maximum stake per bet are set per market and are published in the sportsbook interface. btpro reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to the specific sport and market.
• Winnings from games running on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software are determined by the outcome of the RNG, which is independently audited. btpro does not and cannot influence RNG outcomes.

For casino games including slots such as Wild Bandito and Lucky Neko, live casino tables including Baccarat and Andar Bahar, and all other games in the btpro library, the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome for any individual session.

btpro offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms for the relevant promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Unless specified otherwise, bonus offers are restricted to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotional offer.
• btpro reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to withdrawal of the offer.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for specific games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotional terms.

btpro takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. If you feel that your gambling is no longer recreational, please make use of the tools described below or seek professional support.

btpro provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings panel after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session reminders to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account restriction for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended self-exclusion from btpro. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. btpro will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration of self-excluded players.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time and amount spent during your current session.

btpro staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact players or apply protective account measures where such indicators are observed. Players who are identified as potentially vulnerable may be required to complete responsible gaming checks before continued play is permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btpro and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that enables automated interaction with the btpro platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit platform pricing or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in games or the cashier to gain credits or outcomes not arising from genuine gameplay. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing btpro via a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btpro staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.

Where a prohibited activity is confirmed, btpro reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, void any outstanding bets or bonus balances, withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the btpro platform — including but not limited to the btpro name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of btpro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btpro platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any btpro content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any btpro software.
• Use the btpro brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on btpro content or design elements.

Game content available on btpro — including Wild Bandito, Lucky Neko, and all other titles — is licensed to btpro by third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective developers. btpro does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses incurred as a result of placing bets.

btpro does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. While btpro makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability around the clock, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond btpro's control may result in temporary unavailability.

• btpro's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• btpro is not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of third-party game content, even where such games are provided through the btpro interface.
• Any failure by btpro to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of btpro's right to enforce that provision at a later date.

btpro collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on btpro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

btpro implements SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses industry-standard security protocols to protect player data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and btpro cannot be held liable for security breaches that occur outside its reasonable control.

btpro may share player data with third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking partners), game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of btpro's gaming license. btpro does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

btpro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, btpro will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the btpro platform.

Continued use of the btpro platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact btpro support to close your account and withdraw any remaining real money balance.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on the btpro website supersedes all prior versions. btpro recommends that players review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btpro holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to an internal complaints procedure as set out below.

In the event of a dispute, players should contact btpro support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. btpro will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 business days. btpro will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, players may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated under btpro's gaming license.
• btpro's decision on matters of game outcome, RNG integrity, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject only to review by the relevant regulatory authority under btpro's license.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
